Hi! I'm Erica, the heart and hands behind Bear & Cauldron. I'm so excited to share this little corner of my world with you! 

I started Bear & Cauldron as a creative escape during a time when I felt unsure of things, never imagining it would grow into such a meaningful part of my life. What began as a way to find calm and joy through art has blossomed into a small business built with heart, intention, and purpose. 

Working with polymer clay has given me peace, happiness, and the freedom to express myself through color, texture, and storytelling. Each piece I create carries a bit of that same energy - a reminder that beauty, magic, and light can be found even in the smallest of moments. 

My hope is that these handmade creations bring a little cheerfulness, personality, and magic into your day, and that you feel the same love and care that went into making them.

Product Details

Each piece from Bear & Cauldron is handmade from polymer clay, a lightweight, durable, and versatile material perfect for everyday wear. Every item is carefully cut, shaped, sanded, and assembled by hand, making each one truly one-of-a-kind.

Because of the handmade nature of polymer clay, slight variations in color, size, or pattern may occur - these small differences are what make each piece special and uniquely yours.

I use nickel-free, stainless steel, and hypoallergenic hardware for sensitive ears and to provide comfortable everyday wear.

Polymer clay is lightweight yet strong, so even statement pieces are gentle on your ears while remaining long-lasting when cared for properly.

To keep your pieces looking their best, store them away from water, oils, and perfumes, and handle with care to avoid scratches or bending.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Each item is handmade with care, so please note that all purchases ae non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

💔Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right.

📦Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted anytime before your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

✨Handmade variations
Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or design are part of what makes every item unique and are not considered defects.

Shipping Information

🚚Processing time
I will always do my best to ship all items as quickly as possible! Most items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a bit longer.

📝Shipping issues disclaimer
Once your order has been handed to the postal carrier, Bear & Cauldron is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. I know how heartbreaking and frustrating it can be when something goes missing or arrives a little worse for wear. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't been received, was delivered to the wrong address, or arrived with damaged or broken items, please reach out to USPS directly to file a claim. Once it's in their hands, they'll be able to help track things down or sort out next steps.
